Hi! I’m Kristin.

I’m a certified life coach. My specialty is helping betrayed spouses through recovery after infidelity. I am a mother of four and grandmother to one cute grandson. I love music and tennis! I experienced betrayal in my marriage and tried to fumble through it on my own. I thought time was the answer. After experiencing betrayal for a second time, I looked for help. I tried traditional therapy and online support groups but got very little results. Then I discovered coaching. It was by far the most effective tool in my recovery. The tools I learned have changed my life. I was able to discover the thoughts that were keeping me stuck and change them. I can help you do the same!
