I’m a Couples, Marriage, and Family Therapist (LPC) and Integrative Health Coach practicing in Portland, OR.

My specialty is in blending mental health therapy with holistic health (combining traditional talk therapy with a focus on diet, exercise, and lifestyle changes), and creative processes (art, storytelling, etc.).

I provide individual counseling for adults experiencing a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, life transitions. relationship issues, and struggles around identity and personal development.

I provide informed and non-judgmental relationship counseling for couples in alternative relationships such as poly-amorous, non-monogamous and other non-traditional arrangements.

Finally, I provide health coaching to empower women who want to lose weight, improve habits, increase energy, and feel amazing!
