Carolyn Powley is a mental health counselor specializing in individual, couple and family therapy who maintains a private practice in the Seattle Ballard neighborhood.

With over 25 years experience as a psychotherapist, and as a graduate of the University of Chicago, she is currently serving as a private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. Among her areas of expertise are anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, relationships, substance related, anger management and work/career challenges plus a wide variety of other personal and emotional concerns.

Carolyn is an interactive, solution-focused therapist. Her therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges.
